Free Delivery to Australian addresses



  1. Shipping costs to Australian addresses via the standard service with Australia Post is included within the listed price.  We are happy to ship to express and also to international customers at an additional cost.  The cost is determined by destination, weight and shipping method.  Please contact us for a quote prior to making your purchase.
  2. We use all reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within 5 business days of the purchase date.  We are posting from country Western Australia and most orders should arrive within 7 to 10 business days after dispatch depending on the destination. It is your responsibility to inform us promptly if an order does not arrive within a reasonable time period.
  3. We are based in a country location so this will influence the time taken to receive your item.  We post twice per week (normally Wednesdays and Fridays).
  4. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery or non-delivery and late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.  You have the option to have your item delivered with or without a signature of receipt.  Please contact us if you would like to add tracking to your order at additional cost.
  5. We will automatically post to your registered Paypal address so please keep your details up to date.  We will not be held liable for any orders sent to incorrect or old addresses.  Please add a note to seller as part of your order should you wish to use a different postal address for that order.

Product Returns

  1. In addition to your statutory rights, if you change your mind or don’t like what I’ve sent you then I will happily exchange or refund your item/s providing the following conditions have been met:
  • The items are returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be in original condition as purchased, unused and with all labels/tickets attached.
  1. If exchange or return items do not comply with the above requirements; I will return them to you at your cost.
  2. Return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.

  1. If you receive any goods in a damaged condition, I will be very disappointed.  To rectify the situation, I will issue you a full refund for the amount paid for the goods and also send replacement goods.
  2. You must notify me of any damage within 7 days of the delivery date.
  3. I may ask you to provide proof of the damage (simple as emailing me a photo), as a condition of refund or replacement.
